Heyo integrates with your favorite tools to help you stay on top of customer conversations. Get notifications where you already work, and let AI help you analyze and respond.

Notification Integrations
Slack and Telegram are notification integrations. They forward messages and alerts to your preferred messaging app so you never miss a conversation.

AI Integrations (MCP)
Claude.ai and ChatGPT use the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to securely access your Heyo data. This enables AI assistants to:
- Analyze conversation trends
- Generate reports and insights
- Help draft responses
- Search through your data

Email Notifications
Email notifications are built into Heyo and don't require setup. When you're offline and a visitor sends a message, you'll receive an email notification.
You can configure email settings in Project Settings → Integrations → Email:
- Enable/disable email notifications per team member
- Set cooldown period between emails (default: 10 minutes)
Managing Integrations
All integrations are configured per-project in the dashboard:
- Go to Project Settings
- Scroll to the Integrations section
- Click on any integration to connect or configure it
Premium Features
All integrations (Slack, Telegram, and MCP) require a Premium subscription.
