ChatGPT MCP Integration

Connect Heyo to ChatGPT using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI-powered conversation access.

Connect your Heyo account to ChatGPT to give it direct access to your conversations, projects, and team data. This enables ChatGPT to help you analyze customer interactions, draft responses, and provide business insights.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that allows AI assistants like ChatGPT to securely connect to external data sources. When you connect Heyo to ChatGPT, it can:

  • Read your projects and team members
  • Access conversations and messages
  • Search and filter your data
  • View saved bookmarks
ChatGPT will only have read access. It cannot modify or delete your data.

Prerequisites

  • A Heyo Pro account (MCP is a premium feature)
  • A ChatGPT Plus, Team, or Enterprise subscription (MCP requires a paid plan)

Step 1: Open ChatGPT Settings

  1. Go to chatgpt.com
  2. Click on your profile picture in the bottom-left corner
