Receiving Notifications

Configure how you receive notifications for messages and alerts across multiple channels.

Get notified about new messages and visitor alerts through multiple channels. You can enable push notifications on your devices, and set up integrations to receive notifications via email, Telegram, or Slack.

Push Notifications

Enable push notifications from your Account Settings to get notified on your devices even when Heyo is closed.

You can enable notifications on your current device only, or toggle all your devices at once with the global setting.

Email

Receive email notifications when all agents are offline. Messages are batched together to prevent inbox spam (default cooldown: 10 minutes). Each team member can toggle their personal email notifications on or off.

Telegram

Get instant notifications via Telegram for a lightweight, mobile-first experience. Connect by searching for the Heyo bot on Telegram and sending the verification code.

Replying: Use Telegram's reply feature to respond directly to visitor messages. Your reply will be sent to the visitor instantly through Heyo.

Slack

Receive all messages and alerts directly in your Slack workspace. Great for team visibility when multiple people are handling conversations. Connect by authorizing Heyo and selecting which channel should receive notifications.

Replying: Messages are organized in threads. Reply in the thread to send messages back to visitors. All team members can see and respond to conversations.
